5:15 AM, I have put Deb back to bed twice, finished a load of laundry, smoked a chicken breast and a small steak, let dogs out and in, out and in, out and you get the idea, fed the dogs (raw eggs, beef and turkey), cleaned all dishes and the kitchen, enjoyed the 2, 3, 4 and 5 AM skies (fairly redundant in their moonless radiance), researched more ketogenic lifestyle on you tube, crawled back in bed to comfort Deb (turns out, she couldn’t care less), and sharing my morning meditations with the multitudes. Forgot to mention remaking the bed 3 times and helping Deb find the toilet. Oops. Make that 2 times finding the bathroom and getting back to bed. Ho Hum, all my days are the same. The 4 AM sky was as generous and dependable as ever. God bathed my soul and washed my feet in His sweet Love. How does one make it through the day in a dark, depraved, physical world without a morning fill-up?
