“Thousands of Montanans from every corner of our state made their voices heard at this week’s town hall event. Their participation encouraged me, and their opinions, ideas, and feedback guide me as I serve them,” Gianforte said. “I’ll continue meeting with Montanans throughout our state, and I look forward to listening to thousands of Montanans across the state at our next town hall event.”
Gianforte’s telephone town hall reached nearly 100,000 Montanans. Gianforte took questions from constituents from throughout the state, including Florence, Geraldine, Lambert, Malta, Rosebud, Roy, St. Ignatius, and Vaughn, as well as several larger cities.
Many of the questions Montanans posed to Gianforte related to border security, health care, and federal regulations.
Gianforte held his last town hall event in January 2019.
During this week’s town hall event, Gianforte posed five questions to Montanans to gauge their opinions on various topics. The questions and answers follow:
