While most men his age were retired in comfortable vacation homes, Trump would return to the White House around 2 a.m. … having started his day before daylight, exhausted, but the great feeling of having accomplished a lot. Though the age of many people’s grandfather, that long day was for We the People.
Trump left a gold-covered mansion where he could retire happily and play golf all day long. He put wealth aside and went to work for We the People … free! He took no paycheck, no lobbyist money and no brie in exchange for “influence peddling”.
