Senator Mike Enzi, R-Wyo, has halted H.R. 299. (Blue Water Act)
On December 10, Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., called for unanimous consent to pass the bill. It only takes one senator to object to keep a bill from passing. Senator Enzi objected over concerns about cost.
