Now that midterms are over, a few Democrats have begun to acknowledge that Trump was right on a number of things. During his presidency, he battled to get TikTok banned in America over national security and privacy concerns. Why? The app tracks American users, creating portfolio data for the Communist Chinese government, including ones for children.
Democrat Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA) has come clean, admitting on Shannon Bream (FOX), “As painful as it is for me to say, Trump was right about the social media app TikTok. If we could have taken action then, that’d have been a heck of a lot easier than trying to take action in Nov. 2022.” … from an email, he said “I think Donald Trump was right. I mean, TikTok is an enormous threat. So, if you’re a parent and you’ve got a kid on TikTok, I would be very, very concerned.”
