Helena, Mont. – Last week, Attorney General Austin Knudsen’s lawsuit calling Biden’s decision to cancel the Keystone XL Pipeline unconstitutional gained additional support from the attorneys general of Alaska and Florida.
“It’s great to see more states from around the U.S. join AG Knudsen’s lawsuit against Biden’s unconstitutional cancellation of the Keystone XL Pipeline,” said Chairman Don “K” Kaltschmidt. “Biden’s decision has destroyed thousands of good paying energy jobs, stopped critical revenue streams for local schools and infrastructure in small communities, and hurt hard working rural Montanans throughout Eastern Montana. It’s reassuring to see so many Republicans in America stand up to Biden’s blatant attacks on a pipeline so important to Montana and our nation.”
The lawsuit now has support from 23 states and has even gained verbal support from the Saskatchewan government. Multiple exhaustive studies have been done that prove that the Keystone XL Pipeline would create good paying Montana energy jobs and provide a cleaner, safer method of transportation for oil across our country.
