Statesmen Academy
The Statesmen Academy is about educating politicians in the practice of effective politics to carry on the fight for godly values.
A project of Family Policy Foundation, Statesman Academy is changing the future. The organization’s mission is to advance biblical citizenship, train statesmen, promote policy and serve an effective alliance, all committed to a common vision.
The ACLU wants to silence legislators like Patricia Rucker of West Virginia, because she’s working hard to promote her Judeo-Christian moral beliefs and policies. Legislators are facing evermore hostile media and highly divisive politics. These legislators will have more and more establishment pressure put on them to shed principles—particularly those legislators who could emerge as leaders themselves and carry on the fight for godly values.
To respond to this challenge, and to give pro-family voters the opportunity to vote for stronger pro-family candidates, Family Policy Foundation created the Statesmen Academy. For two years, this Academy has provided rigorous training by experienced Christian legislative leaders, which has produced graduates bonded in an enduring fellowship of mutual encouragement and accountability, spiritual strength and political wisdom.
