Regardless of what the socialist media networks pass off as truth, of the 4 deaths connected to the capital incursion on January 6th of this year, there was only one murder.
The family of Ashli Babbitt, an Air Force veteran, who was murdered by a plain-clothed, capitol policeman during the 1/6/2021 incursion, is suing for $10-million. He did not shoot in self-defense. She was unarmed and a threat to no one. The family’s attorney, Terry Roberts, said that, if the officer felt an immediate need to arrest her, there were plenty of capitol police in that same area to assist. Babbitt was murdered that day.
Police admitted that no arms (knives, guns, etc.) were confiscated during the incursion. While no one approves of what happened, it was not an “armed insurrection”. Roberts said: “What it looks like is this guy shot this lady for no legitimate law enforcement purpose.” But, Pelosi gave the officer immunity without investigation, ie. two-tiered justice system.
The socialist propaganda media mob reported that Officer Michael Sicknick died after having been beaten by a fire extinguisher and sprayed with and ingesting bear spray. Months later, the medical examiner reported that Officer Michael Sicknick had no wounds or bruises, either external or internal. His findings refuted the Democrats’ and media mob’s rush-to-judgment narrative was completely false. Officer Sicknick died the day after the inccursion of two strokes unrelated to the previous days activities. His death certificate labeled it “natural causes”.
As for the other two deaths that day, one was by suicide and one was by heart attack. Again, the only person murdered was Ashli Babbitt.
