On Dec. 8th, Stacey Abrams announced that she is running for governor of Georgia in 2022. Remember her? She’s the one, who ran for Georgia’s governor in 2018. She lost and, to this day, refuses to admit defeat. She was on tv last week, boasting of how she gracefully admitted defeat. I wonder if she knows what ‘gracefully’ means. Vocabulary lesson anyone? Abrams been on tv many times since then reminding us that the “race was fixed”. It is always hard to understand why someone thinks the people are too stupid to know that her comments are bold, faced lies. She will be running against ex-Sen. Purdue, who was defeated in his re-election run in 2020 by Warnock. Abrams has a huge support base in Atlanta, along with large, national checkbooks. It should also be noted that she ran for President as well and, no doubt, she still has aspirations in that regard as well.
All eyes will be on Georgia’s gubernatorial race, as well as its Senate race between Herschel Walker and Warnock in 2022. Democrats will be in overdrive attempting to defeat the Republican’s ticket. Who can forget Schumer’s glee, when he yelled from the front steps of the Supreme Court building, “Now we take Georgia; then we change the world!”?….the world? Who is he working for?
