A federal audit exposed rampant fraud and corruption involving the illicit land sharing agreements made by crooked VA officials at a VA hospital in West Los Angeles.  On 10-2-2018, Judicial Watch launched an investigation into the deals and has two Freedom of Information Act requests pending.

Sen. Cornyn, one of the Republicans on the 17-person committee, said that he’s “particularly concerned with the precedent Trump would set if he declares a national emergency.  “Doing so could open the door to future leaders … possibly those from the extreme Left … dispatching the military for their own devices without going through the legislative branch.  If Trump, or future presidents, can declare an emergency and somehow usurp the separation of powers and get into the business of appropriating money for specific projects without Congress getting involved is a serious constitutional question, which is why I think he would be sued immediately.” 
However, some have said that it’s a moot question as U.S. Code already authorizes the use of the military to construct border barriers in order to combat the drug trade and organized crime.  Graham understands the concern over the political standoff, but reiterated “there’s no excuse not to have this president’s back now, because we’re not doing anything exotic here.  It’s also about us as a party.”

2/11/2019     SiembraNC, a grassroots organizations, which is committed to defending illegal aliens, stormed a Burlington Holiday Inn Express with more than 70 protesters, because it allows ICE agents to stay there.  The attack’s “community organizer”, Laura Garduno Garcia said that the group assists illegal aliens in evading law enforcement.

2/12/2019   Last night, Pres. Trump held a great rally in El Paso, Texas, providing an opportunity to point-out that the west Texas city is a rats’ nest of law enforcement corruption, a major smuggling route into the U.S. for Mexican drugs, illegal immigrants sand Islamic terrorists.  It’s the headquarters of a sophisticated narco-terror ring operated by two of the FBI’s “most wanted”.  The venue was for 8,000.  More than 55,000 couldn’t get in and stood outside.  The best thing, though, as far as I’m concerned, is that it was televised in its entirety.  Thank heavens!  Pres. Trump loves his devoted fans; but, he wants to sell his messages to other people.  Also last night, Beto O’Rourke held a rally in El Paso, his home town.  He drew fewer than 300 people.

2/12/2019        Sen. Steve Daines spent last night on the southern border with the border patrol agents at a portion of the Rio Grande Valley where there is no border wall (excuse me … “barrier”, or whatever Dems are calling it today).  He was right there with them as they captured more than 100 illegals.  He felt that it was eye-opener that everyone in Congress ought to experience and that Pres. Trump is 100% correct in referring to it as a crisis!  It’s too bad that other congressional representatives don’t have the guts (or the time) to do the same thing.  Has Tester ever been there?  I wonder how many of those in the so-called barrier committee have been there.  What we do know, though, is that southern border patrol agents explained to its members exactly what they needed.  And, the committee, including, Tester ignored them.  Even worse, now, the Dems on that committee suddenly came-up with the idea of reducing detention beds, ie. creating fewer places for ICE to put criminals, who are in this country illegally.  Dems are playing a dangerous game.

2/9/2019           Today, Democrats officially blamed Pres. Trump for the blackface governor.  No surprise there.  That one is so preposterous that it’s not worth any amount of time to research it.  Everything bad is always his fault.  Even here in our little Montana community, when, three weeks ago, a head of iceberg lettuce was priced at $4.70 (and, by the way, still is), a local Dem said “that’s our illustrious president’s fault”.  For that particular accusation, I did some research.  Turns out that it was Mother Nature’s fault.  Fruits, vegetables and walnuts coming from California took a bit hit due to drought and fires.  Pecans from Texas also took a hit due to hurricanes and other natural disasters.  
2/8/2019    A hearing on North Carolina’s disputed 9th District election could finally shed more light on the only undecided congressional race in the U.S.  Republican Mark Harris wants his Democratic opponent, Dan McCready, to testify.  The newly appointed, five-member N.C. Board of Elections is scheduled to start the hearing Feb. 18 in Raleigh.  It’s expected to vote at the conclusion of the meeting on whether to certify the election results, which showed Harris with a 905-vote lead over McCready, or order a new election.  In my opinion, a new election would be a disaster for the Republican candidate.  Whenever there’s a close call, mysterious ballots for the Dem inevitably surface.  And, the 9th District rarely rules in favor of Republicans.
2/5/2019       Pres. Trump gave, possibly, the greatest SOTU in history.  He never referred to “Democrat” or “Republican”.  It was a class act, saying that the country is in great shape and getting better every day, both domestically and globally.  When, Pres. Trump said, quite emphatically, that “America will never be a Socialist country”, the Democrats didn’t clap and displayed sullen faces.  They gave all appearances of disagreeing with such a notion as Socialism being a bad thing.  After all, “Fake News” (media darling of the  Left) provides no news about Venezuela’s nightmare, which is 100% the result of Socialism.  Millions of innocent men, women and children are, purposefully, being starved by its dictator, Maduro.  After SOTU, a Democrat gave a “response”.  It was pre-recorded and, obviously, not really a response; repeatedly, it blamed Republicans as the bad guys for our country.

On 1/16/19 on “Outnumbered”, Tom Fitton shared a couple of JW’s updates.  US Dist. Court Judge Sullivan ordered Hillary to answer additional email questions under oath.  I hope that doesn’t cause her to have another “concussion” on the day set for testimony.  However, the court did refuse JW’s request to unseal video depositions of Cheryl Mills, Huma Abedin and other of Hillary’s unindicted co-conspirators.  JW’s undaunted and will stay after it.  1/2019 … a federal judge wants to know if the Benghazi scandal and Hillary’s email scandal are linked!

New Bill …
Senators Lankford, Wicker and Roberts introduced a bill that would permit a ban on any sort of taxpayers’ money being spent on abortion.  Senate’s probably good on it.  But, unless a miracle, it won’t survive Pelosi and her puppets.  Last year, 42,000 people were murdered by Planned Parenthood.  We, Christians, know about “miracles”, so pray!  It’s notable, too, that, out of that taxpayers’ money, Planned Parenthood donated $20-million to Democrats.

Even far-left Dems, like Gillibrand, are jumping ship after WM leaders publicly expressed their love for Farankan and other anti-Semitics.  It’s not that the ship-jumpers don’t agree with them (probably do), it’s just that the optics might not be good for their political careers.
