Clarence Thomas signals interest in making it easier to sue media. It was, and still is, the propaganda outlet for the “deep state”, which now has been made public thanks to John Durham’s investigations into “Spygate”. It was a joint venture conspiracy. Establishment media (Fake News) ran wild over Trump’s presidency with the Democrats’ Russia hoax, pounding the lie night after night. Protected by the first amendment, media has unique legal protection. But, with that, comes a unique responsibility.
