When I heard the announcement that the Anaconda Job Corps Center was set to be closed, I knew I had to act.
So I took my case straight to the President. I told him how important the Anaconda center was to Montana and how it had to stay open. The President agreed.
After 10 days of turmoil, I called the Anaconda Job Corps with the good news.
It is my honor to serve the great state of Montana, and as your voice in Washington, D.C. I will always stand up for our rural communities. Please watch the above video to see firsthand the reaction from the hardworking folks in Anaconda as they heard the great news.
Best Wishes,
