Democrats are all about socialism, diversity, equity (ie. redistribution of wealth) and inclusion “for thee but not for me”. A few hours after Gov. Newsome’s mask-mandate to California peons, he and a bunch of wealthy lobbyists were caught maskless at Napa Valley’s extremely expensive French Laundry restaurant.
In D.C., Montana’s Tester (202-224-2644) is in lock step with the rest of the so-called elitists, claiming “After a long day’s work, I’m happier eating in than going out.” At his $800,000+ D.C. mansion, he enjoys Montana’s beef. His “leadership campaign” (whatever that is) reports differently, providing examples like $31,000 at Morton’s Steakhouse, $8,100 at Del Frisco’s, $6,000 at RPM Italian, $15,745 at Bistro Cacao and $9,000 at upscale Bistro B’s French.
Despite his own luxury living, millionaire status, when Tester announced his 4th run in 2024, he railed against “multi-millionaires like Daines and Rosendale”. One big difference is that they earned their millions by hard work before going to D.C. Tester’s wealth has more than quadrupled since going there. And, unlike those two, Tester is under federal investigation on ethics charges for illegal use of campaign funds and other illegal wealth collection.
