Beto O’Rourke is baaaaaaack and wants to be governor of Texas. In an interview with CNN, regarding issues, he explained that, more than ever, he wants to take away Texans’ guns, especially AR-15s and AR-47s. For some reason, he’s under the delusion that the 2nd Amendment means “to take them away from all constituents.” Beto claimed to Dana Bash that “it is what the people of Texas want.”
However, he also said, (1) “no guns” is not a leading issue to Texans. He opined that “the issues, which are most important to Texans, are (2) job creation, (3) educational improvements, (4) medical reform and (5) “they also want to see competence in their government.”
He got 4 out of 5 right, but number 5 kind of knocks Beto out of the running….and don’t take our guns!!!!
