BULLOCK FOR PRESIDENT!

Can’t make up this stuff!  For someone, who claims that he’s not running for president in 2020, the governor must have a lot of relatives in Iowa.  He’s been there 5 times so far.  But, here’s what’s almost comical.  He asked Bill Clinton for presidential campaign advice … only thing worse would have been to ask Hillary.  Getting advice from that poisoned trough doesn’t sound very bi-partisan; and, it definitely doesn’t bode well for Montanans should he accidentally win.  The Clinton “playbook” uses Saul Alinsky tactics and lots of money from George Soros, Tom Streyer, Planned Parenthood, K St. lobbyists, Wall Street hedge-funders, Goldman Sachs and even the Koch Brothers.  Tester’s the largest recipient in Congress of that not-Montana money.  And, for his 2018 bid vs. Rosendale, Tester received $17-million (5 times what Rosendale received).  What do they care that dirty money brings-home the values of Schumer and those other swampers?

$4.70 for a Head of Lettuce!!!!
In a small town, like Forsyth, Montana (approx. 1,000 population), going to the local grocery store is the equivalent of a social event.  Everyone knows everyone.  Everyone has common sense.  And, everyone does their best to “buy local”, in the hope of keeping the doors open.  So, it’s kind of a big deal when a crowd’s forming somewhere in the grocery store.  The definition of “crowd” is 3 or more.
A couple of days ago, a crowd formed around the lettuce section.  Local people were gawking at the price tags.  The cost for a plain, old head of iceberg lettuce was $4.70!  Tomatoes were $5/lb.!  Syrup ranged from $2.75 to $20.05!
Between gasps, comments were ones like “it’s happening!”, “it’s getting worse” and “we can’t let our local grocery store close down; but, we also can’t pay those prices”.  What’s your population size and what’s happening in your neck of the woods?
